If you love prowling the aisles at Home Depot, enjoy fixing things,
or just want to help recycle building materials while supporting adequate housing,

THE ReSTORE NEEDS YOU!

Volunteers are needed in the following areas:

•Warehouse Worker: prepare donations, unload truck, provide in-store customer service, stock the store.  Some heavy lifting may be involved.
•Truck Assistant: load/unload truck, drive for pickups (truck provided).  Some heavy lifting may be involved.
•Office Assistant: work on computer, prepare displays, prepare for events.
•Other: marketing, fund raising, working on special events, cleaning.

Four-hour shifts are available from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. on Tuesday through Friday.  Saturday shifts are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  We ask that volunteers commit to one shift per week for 3 months.

Also needed are volunteers with extensive knowledge in plumbing, electrical, heating/venting, etc. that would be willing to teach staff and perhaps conduct monthly workshops. Call Landis Moseley at (256) 308-1160 for more information.
