Habitat builds homes throughout Morgan County and relies on donations of buildable land, or purchasing land at reduced rates to reduce costs for Habitat families. HFHMC is in desperate need of affordable lots in Decatur. The Phoenix Place subdivision in Hartselle, a Habitat neighborhood, still has several lots available for building.
